into the workplace for the first time\, including: \n\nYour ri ghts at work\, this module allows students to develop their knowl edge of employment relations\, workplace rights and minimum standards. \nSafe at work\, Students who complete this module will gain a practical understanding of Occupational Health & Safety procedures and how to keep safe at work. \nBullying & Discrimination at work\, this module gives students an understanding of wha t constitutes workplace bullying & discrimination. Students also gain prac tical tools for responding to these issues when they arise. Social Movements & Campaigns\, Students who complete this module will l earn about various strategies for creating change in their communities. St udents will have the opportunity to design and implement their own campaig n\, guided by Young Workers Centre staff. | \n
