Above is the Application for Enrolment to Heathmont College. If you would like to apply for enrolment, please print off this attachment, fill out all relevant details, and return by post to:

Or alternatively, you can pass it to the Admin staff at College Reception. Once we have recieved this application, a head of school will be in contact to organise an interview time. We ask that you bring along a copy of the applicants most recent School Report to the interview.
If your child is in grade 6, all applications for enrolment are completed via your child’s Primary School. This form is for students who have already commenced Secondary School Education.
