19 Camps & Tours A range of school camps and tours within and beyond Australia are offered across all year levels. They provide wonderful life skill learning opportunities and the benefits of strengthening relationships with peers and teachers. The Heathmont College School Council supports the following activities in conjunction with our rigorous academic program: YEAR 7 PHILLIP ISLAND TRANSITION CAMP An experience integral to the transition process CENTRAL AUSTRALIA TOUR Open to students in Years 10 and 11 INDONESIAN STUDY TOUR Open to students in Years 8 - 11 studying Indonesian language WORLD CHALLENGE Open to Year 9 students GERMAN EXCHANGE Open to students in Years 8 - 11 studying German language VCE STUDY SKILLS CAMP Open to students in Year 12 undertaking VCE units 3 + 4 Please note that some tours are offered biennially to maximise participation and run when minimum uptake is reached.
