Beyond Blue Colour Run Fundraiser

To finish the term, Heathmont College will be holding a Colour Run Fundraiser in support of Beyond Blue on the last day of Term 3. The event will commence at the beginning of lunchtime and provide students with an opportunity to come together, have fun and promote positive conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
 

Students will participate in a colourful run/walk around the designated course, with colour stations adding to the fun along the way. The event will encourage students to connect with their friends and peers while supporting an important cause.
 

Proceeds raised through this Event will cover a Mental Health Incursion in 2027. Funds raised in excess of this incursion, will be donated to Beyond Blue, helping support their work in promoting mental health and providing support to people experiencing mental health challenges.
Students will receive a ticket that entitles them to one sausage in bread on the day. Additional sausages can be purchased for $2 each (cash only-correct change appreciated).

Students are encouraged to get involved, embrace the colour and help us start the conversation about mental health and wellbeing.
 

Event: Beyond Blue Colour Run
When: Last day of Term 3 – Friday, 18th of September
Time: Beginning of lunchtime (1:20PM onwards)
Location: Heathmont College Oval
Cause: Fundraising for the charity Beyond Blue
Purpose: Promoting mental health awareness, connection and wellbeing while raising funds for Beyond Blue.

Important Information – Colour Run:

Please note that the dye used in the Colour Explosion Fun Run will stain clothing. It is strongly recommended that students wear old shorts and shoes that they don’t mind getting stained.
