Menstrual Health and Pelvic Pain

Sexual Health Victoria (SHV), in partnership with the Department of Education, will deliver free Menstrual Health and Pelvic Pain Education sessions in Victorian government schools from 2025 to 2027.

SHV has designed a comprehensive Menstrual Health and Pelvic Pain program that aligns with the Victorian and Australian Curriculum. The content is tailored to the age and development of the students in corresponding year levels and will be delivered by SHV’s experienced and trained educators. Staff sessions will provide the knowledge and confidence needed to provide age- and developmentally appropriate responses to students seeking help regarding Menstrual Health and Pelvic Pain.
