Elevate Education is a company which provides workshops to students in VCE which are aimed to help them succeed within their studies and achieve their goals. Elevates study skills workshops and seminars are designed to achieve behavioural change amongst students. They believe it isn’t enough that students simply understand what they need to do in their study: the challenge in any study skills program is getting students to use and apply the skills they learn. Elevate gets students using the skills from its seminars and workshops by using an integrated process that works. Information about the sessions and dates they will be running can be found below.

Session 1 (23/03/2026): The first study skills session ran by Elevate Education titled ‘Ace Your Exams’ covers the following topics:

  • Effective Work: Know what to study, which methods work best, and when to do them.

  • Fixing Mistakes: Use past papers to find gaps and prevent repeat errors.

  • Time Allocation: Follow a clear plan to finish revision weeks early.

  • Exam Techniques: Manage stress, use time wisely, and write clear, focused answers.

Session 2 (18/05/2026): The second study skills session ran by Elevate Education titled ‘Memory Mnemonics’ covers the following topics: 

  • Dealing with Distractions: Manage internal and external distractions to stay focused and on task.

  • Manipulating Memory: Understand how memory works and apply effective techniques such as revision, association, recital, chunking, triggers, mental imagery, structure, and mnemonics.

Session 3 (17/08/2026): The second study skills session ran by Elevate Education titled ‘Finishing Line‘ covers the following topics: 

  • Exam-Focused Study: Prioritise high-yield tasks and refocus quickly with limited time remaining

  • Stress & Wellbeing: Prevent burnout using stress management, mindfulness, and wellness strategies.

  • Maximising the Holidays: Maintain consistency and momentum to use holidays and final weeks effectively.
