Learning another language like German opens a window to another world. Viewing films in the target language enable students to experience authentic texts and provide the opportunity to develop the macro-skill of viewing, which is now assessed at VCE and will be introduced for Years 7-10 in 2026. Screening German films for children and teens has been an integral part of our language and culture programs for many years. ‘Kino for Kids’ is presented as part of the German Film Festival, by Palace Cinemas and German Films. |
