This year, every Monday lunch time in the wellbeing lounge will be Mindfulness Mondays. This is a chance for students to unwind quietly with colouring, drawing and puzzles. The last ten minutes will include a mindfulness meditation to help reset before class.
If you are looking for a quiet place on a Monday lunchtime, join us in the Wellbeing lounge for Mindfulness Mondays.

Students will learn about unique plant usage and some of the sustainable land practices used by First Peoples across Australia. Students will be able to communicate with staff via mobile phone during this section of the excursion. |
Students will have limited access to food outlets earlier in the day but will have the ability to buy food later in the day if they choose to. Students should bring a drink bottle with them. Students MUST have a valid Myki card and MUST touch on/touch off to catch public transport. If students are seen not using public transport correctly, they may be banned from future excursions.
