9LiFE OE students will meet at Heathmont Station at 8.40am and will catch a train into Flinders Street. Students and staff will then walk to the Sea Life Aquarium for a 2 hour tour. After this, students will take part in an Orienteering course around the CBD. Students will be working in small groups and will need to check-in with staff members regularly via the school phone. Staff members will also be at check-points to touch base with student. Students are asked to bring with them a water bottle, snacks, a valid MYKI with funds to travel into the CBD. If students are found fare evading will likely be banned from future 9life excursions. Students are to wear Heathmont College sports uniform. Students will be dismissed from Ringwood Station at 3pm.

Throughout Term 4, our professional Spot Coaches will work closely with each athlete, providing personalised coaching and support tailored to their specific needs in their chosen sport. The Spot Taster Program will run during weeks 2-8 on a fortnightly basis. There are 3 sessions per week (excluding public holidays/ curriculum days) the schedule is as follows:
If you’re a student athlete already participating in one of the above sports outside of school, this is a great opportunity to benefit from professional coaching, conveniently available right at school. There is a limit of 15 positions per sport. |
