Elevate Education is a company that provides workshops for VCE students, designed to help them succeed in their studies and achieve their goals. Elevate’s study skills workshops and seminars aim to create behavioural change among students. They believe that it isn’t enough for students to simply understand what they need to do in their study; the true challenge in any study skills program is getting students to use and apply the skills they learn. Elevate ensures students apply the skills from its seminars and workshops through an integrated, proven process. At Heathmont this year, our Year 11 students will begin a two-year program. In their first year, they will participate in three workshops run by Elevate, designed to help them perform better in their VCE studies. Information about the sessions and their dates can be found below. Student Elevation Study Session (25/11):

The session will take place during the students’ Step-Up Week and will be held onsite. The fee for this event covers both the session and the workshop manual. If your child is absent from the workshop, no refund will be provided; however, they will still receive their manual, just like all attending students. |
After the success of last years visit, the music students of Heathmont College will once again perform at our very own next-door neighbour, Marlborough Primary School. This concert provides students with an exciting opportunity to share their talents and connect with the local community through music. Exact times to be confirmed (Please see Compass event for updates). |
