The annual College Swimming Carnival is an important day on the Heathmont College calendar.
Students must meet at Aquanation at 9:00am and will be dismissed from the venue at the completion of the program sometime between 2:45pm and 3:00pm.
There will be a wide selection of events with swimming, biathlon plus novelty events in and out of the pool. Whilst the pool is an indoor pool, students will have access to the grassed outdoor area and should wear sunscreen, hat and appropriate clothing (weather dependent).
Aquanation has a small cafe but they have a limited range and may become busy. Students are encouraged to bring their own food and drink.
Students will not be able to use their mobile phone during the day as per school rules and Government regulations.
All students are expected to attend as this event is part of the Heathmont College calendar. Failure to do so will be regarded as an unexplained absence. Similar to a normal school day, any student needing to leave the event early must be signed out by a parent/guardian.
