For term 2 and term 3 students will be studying history and looking at a variety of ancient civilisations including Ancient Australia. This excursion will focus on visiting the ‘Ancient Worlds exhibition’ which will also form the basis of one Common Assessment Task (CAT). Students will also be attending various other exhibits within the museum.
Students will meet at Heathmont Station at 8.30am and will be taking the 8.51am train to Parliament Station. Student’s will need to bring their own Myki card to be able to attend the excursion. Students will be departing the city from Parliament Station on the 2.20pm train. Students will be dismissed from Ringwood Station at 3.01pm. Students will be able to leave the train at Ringwood Station or continue along the line.
